The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and full. It reveals notes of quince and ripe lemon associated with slight notes of pear/ripe flat peach, touches of racy minerality as well as a subtle woody hint and beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, elegant and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful minerality, a nice definition, a beautiful fat, gourmandise, harmony, juiciness as well as a certain finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and slight notes of ripe flat peach, apricot associated with a subtle hint of crushed ripe apple as well as slight hints of racy minerality and a subtle/imperceptible woody hint. Good length.
