Camille & Laurent Schaller 2015 – Chablis

The nose is aromatci and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, physalis and small yellow fruits associated with a hint of ripe citrus, lemon zests as well as a hint of apple, The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight suavity, a beautiful minerality, a slight juiciness as well as a beautiful silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and fleshy ripe yellow peach associated with slight hints of juicy fleshy mirabelle as well as slight hints of white fruits and a slight hints of lemon zests (in the background). Good length.
