The nose offers power, a beautiful definition, a small concentration, a fine grain as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of bright cherry, bright purple plum and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of pulpy cassis, hints of blond tobacco, violet as well as a discreet hint of bergamote and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, full of control and offers an acidulous frame, a racy minerality, a beautiful definition, precision, a beautiful finesse of the guideline, a nice juiciness as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, crunchy strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of rose, acidulous plum as well as hints of fresh blond tobacco, tonka bean, cardamom and bergamote. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of varietal and chocolate on the finish / persistence.
