A nice nose that offers richness in elegance, and fleshiness as well as a nice maturity of the fruit. It reveals notes of morello cherry, crushed blue plum, and slight notes of blackberry cream associated with slight touches of cornflowers, terroir as well as slight hints of lily, vanilla, licorice and a very discreet hint of chocolate. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a nice definition, minerality, a tangy structure, some fattiness, deepness as well as finesse in its richness (well-mastered). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of luscious/crushed cherry, cornflowers, and slight notes of fleshy blue plum associated with touches of blackberry cream, fine hints of crunchy wild small red fruits as well as a hint of lily, and mocha/spices. Beautiful racy and elegant tannins. Good bitterness on the finish/on the persistence. Good length.
