The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a mineral frame, roundness, a small fat, a good precision of the grain, finesse, mineral deepness, a beautiful precision, gourmandize as well as richness and power in finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of kumquat associated with touches of mandarin flowers, dried zest of mandarin, pine sap, sage as well as fine hints of anise and guarrigue / sense of place (local biotop). Good length. Presence of slight hints of pine sap, garrigue, small fruits and almond flowers on the persistence.
