Aging in progress (+ 1 year). The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and precise. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry and small fresh berries associated with small toasted notes, dry local forest, cassis, tobacco as well as slight hints of oak, pepper, nutmeg, Tarweed (Madia) and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a good definition, a small tension, a good freshness as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrants, black cherries, blackberries and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of Zan, dry forest soil / tarweed (Madia) as well as with slight hints of chocolate, licorice and discreet hints of small fresh wildflowers. Tannins are fine, a bit chewy and still a bit young. Good persistence (with hints of chocolate). A beautiful wine!
