The nose is fruity, a bit tight, elegant and offers a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of dry vegetation / grove / tarweed associated with discreet toasted hints and a very discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, well-built, precise, fresh, gourmand, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful acid frame, crunchiness, a beautiful freshness, a slight finesse of the grain, a slight straightness as well as a very slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy blackberry and small notes of juicy / fresh raspberry associated with small touches of wild flowers / violet, tarweed as well as discreet hints of black olive / grove, caramelization and vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length. There are a very discreet hint of tonka bean, grilled aok and cocoa on the persistence. A great wine !
