Caiarossa Bianco 2020 – IGT Toscana Bianco

A pretty elegant nose, unctuous and fresh. A beautiful juicy character. It reveals notes of butter, white flowers and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with fine hints of grapefruit, quenette / passion fruit as well as a subtle hint of zest / kumquat. The palate is nicely mineral, dynamic, saline, sapid and offers an acid frame, precision, a certain straightness as well as purity in its structure/definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small juicy/crushed white fruits and small notes of white flowers associated with touches of white grapefruit, fine hints of lemon as well as a subtle hint of white melon, very discreet hints of local grove and an imperceptible hint of fresh rosemary in the background. A subtle almost tannic hint on the finish/persistence. Beautifully sapid and gourmande persistence.
