The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of cassis, black berries and flowers associated with subtle touches of liquorice as well as discreet touches of toasted almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, slightly tight, precise and offers suavity, acid frame, good definition, fullness as well as a fine unctuosity, gourmandize and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, fleshy/ripe blackberry and more slightly wild strawberry associated with subtle touches of fleshy/ripe redcurrant, small juicy black fruits as well as a discreet hint of liquorice, toasted and an imperceptible hint of almond. Tannins are fine and slightly chewy.
