The nose is powerful, relatively fruity and slightly tight. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of gray pepper associated with toasted touches as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a slight suavity, a good structure, straightness as well as and a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of crushed blackberry associated with small touches of violet / flowers, blueberry as well as discreet hints of spices and chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
