On the palate this Port expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed sour cherry and small notes of redcurrant jam, crushed strawberry combined with a hint of blueberry, dark chocolate, almond, a toasted hint as well as slight / discreet touches of caramelized oak, blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background).
