The nose is fruity, fine, powerful, mineral and offers a fine intensity (in the background). It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and jammy wild strawberry associated with a touch of gray pepper, garrigue / olive as well as a subtle hint of violet, racy minerality, tonka bean, cardamom and grilled oak. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition, a nice gourmandise, a good structure, a fine juicy / acid frame, a beautiful silkiness / softness, a small aerial side as well as a good aromatic expression. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of crushed blueberry, crushed cassis and small notes of jammy wild strawberry combined with touches of jammy raspberry as well as touches of tonka bean, sandalwood, cardamom, a subtle hint of liquorice, black olive / olive tree, square of dark chocolate and a very discreet hint of grilled oak. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length. Beautiful gourmandise, elegance and fine power on the finish.
