The nose is fresh, fruity, dry, elegant and offers a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of kumquat, crystallized mandarin associated with small touches of candied peach as well as fine hints of pâtisseries and a discreet hint of candied yuzu. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension, gourmandize, suavity as well as a nice freshness / minerality. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized mandarin and small notes of juicy vine peach associated with small touches of candied yuzu, pâtisseries, dried almond, a discreet hint of tobacco, cedar and a subtle hint of chocolate. Good length A beautiful sapid finish. A fine tannic sensation as well as a subtle / pleasant hint of bitterness on the finish / persistence.
