Bulas – 10 Years White Porto

Bulas – 10 Years White Porto

The nose is fruity and offers a small richness, a frank side as well as precision, a fine grain and tension (like a little red thread in a book). It reveals notes of kumquat, candied quince and small notes of candied apple associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, lemon blossoms, a discreet hint of acacia, crystallized tangerine, nougatine and fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, roundness as well as gourmandize and a small fat. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied apple and small notes of candied pear associated with touches of crystallized mandarin, quince as well as fine hints of lemon blossom, lychee, tobacco, cedar and caramelization. Good length. A very discreet hint of roasted almond and a subtle toasted hint on the finish / persistence.
