Bryn Mawr – Rosé of Pinot Noir 2016 – Willamette Valley

The nose is fresh and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of Tagada strawberry, redcurrant acid drop and hints of spices associated with subtle hints offresh Granny apple as well as a discreet/imperceptible hint of violet (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a slight gourmandize, a slight fat, tension, concentration, a nice volume as well as a beautiful freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry acid drop, crushed/fresh raspberry and touches of ripe/fresh red cherry associated with a discreet hint of cassis, violet and a subtle/imperceptible woody hint. Good length.
