The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a slight richness. It reveals slight notes of lemon zests, brugnon/crushed vine peach and hints of apple associated with a subtle hint of fresh green melon, quince, a subtle hint of spices, butter, salin minerality as well as a slight hint of pepper (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of straw. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, supple and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful suavity, fat (from stirring) as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of melon, crushed brugnon and beautiful notes of ripe apple associated with subtle hints of vanilled oak and butter. Good length.
