Bryn Mawr – Chardonnay 2015 – Willamette Valley

Bryn Mawr – Chardonnay 2015 – Willamette Valley

The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of green apple, fresh zests and slight/discreet notes of quince associated with a subtle hint of spices as well as a subtle/imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight suavity, a beautiful mineral frame, roundness, a slight juiciness as well as acidity (from zests). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon zests and slight touches of ripe/fresh Williams pear associated with a subtle hint of spices and butter/vanilla (in the background) on the persistence/aftertaste. Good length.
