The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity as well as a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, racy minerality (almost saline), black plum and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of crushed strawberry, nutmeg, sweet spices as well as a very discreet of caramelization (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, tension, racy minerality, juiciness, a fine suavity as well as a fine structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy violet plum, black cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, slight hints of caramelization, nutmeg / cardamom, racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of pepper and chocolate. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. Good length. There is a hint of almost saline minerality on the finish.
