On the nose it is aromatic and offers a small intense note, power as well as a fine depth. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, fleshy raspberry and more slightly Boysenberry associated with small touches of cornflowers, violets as well as fine hints of pepper, fig, a subtle hint of rosemary and a discreet hint of liquorice / tobacco. On the palate it is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy / fresh structure as well as a certain precision. The wine expresses notes of quite ripe plum, raspberries and more slightly of pulpy cherry associated with touches of Boysenberry, violet, plum blossoms, fig as well as discreet hints of tobacco and a subtle hint of rosemary.
