The nose is elegant, fine, fruity and offers a beautiful finesse. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of crunchy peach combined with very slight hints of ripe / juicy tangerine and very discreet hints of oak / chestnut and a subtle hint of spices / almond. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, unctuousity, gourmandise, precision, a beautiful racy minerality, freshness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy peach and small notes of quenette associated with slight touches of citrus fruit as well as very discreet hints of small yellow fruits and very discreet hints of butter / brioche on the finish.
