The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, unctuousity, gourmandise, precision, a beautiful racy minerality, freshness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy peach and small notes of quenette associated with slight touches of citrus fruit as well as very discreet hints of small yellow fruits and very discreet hints of butter / brioche on the finish.
