The nose is lightly aromatic, opening up with nuances of forest berries, strawberries, and a touch of yellow apple and lemon. The palate is dense, slightly phenolic, and sweet. The wine reveals notes of apple skin, red berries, and a touch of pear and elderflower. It can accompany salads and antipasti, too dense for an aperitif.
