The nose is fruity, fresh, mineral, elegant and offers delicacy as well as a certain straightness. It reveals notes of juicy wild red berries, cassis and small hints of dark chocolate, black pepper, garrigue as well as a hint of ripe/crushed redcurrant as well as hints of spices. The palate is fruity, soft, slightly mineral, supple, nicely balanced and offers gourmandise and harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe wild strawberry, redcurrant jam and small notes of cherry, crushed cassis associated with touches of toasted oak, graphite and spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. The finish is relatively gourmande and suave.
