Borgodangelo 2018 – Fiano Di Avellino DOCG

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers minerality as well as a small crystallized side. It reveals notes of quince, yellow apple, small notes of pear associated with small touches of lemon flowers, fresh verbena, a very discreet hint of lychee and sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a beautiful minerality, an acidulous frame, a good finesse of the fat, a good definition and a very fine crystallized side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed brugnon, small notes of pear associated with small touches of lemon/lemon zests, mandarine flowers, pink lychee as well as hints of racy minerality, an imperceptible hint of sense of the place and butter. Good length.
