The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, a good definition, a small roundness, finesse, a good structure as well as good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vine peach, apple and flowers associated with a touch of lychee, fresh pineapple, fresh lemon as well as subtle touches of fresh pear, slight touches of racy minerality and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of eucalyptus.
