The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers power, a fine richness as well as a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of Zante currants, apple, dried peach and small notes of caramelized pear associated with small touches of dried plum, Sherry / strawberry, citrus, pâtisseries, spices as well as a subtle hint of liquorice, heather and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round, racy, finely fleshy, finely powerful, finely gourmande and offers a fine juiciness, unctuosity, softness, harmony, a fine suavity as well as finesse. On the palate, this Whiskey expresses notes of candied Mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of caramelization, dry yellow grape puree, chocolate associated with touches of Sherry / strawberry, rocky minerality, cinnamon, spices, toasted oak and a very discreet grilled hint on the finish. Good persistence (with touches of caramel and fruit). There is a subtle hint of flowers on the aftertaste.
