The nose is powerful, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the wine. It reveals notes of strawberry and blueberry associated with small touches of Boysen berry as well as fine hints of violet, iris as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper/grey as well as an imperceptible hint of sens of the place and mild tobacco. The mouth is well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers gourmandize, delicacy, subtlety as well as an acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and small note of juicy cassis associated with touches of blueberry, oliver tree/sens of the place as well as discreet hints of arbutus fruits and a hint of nutmeg. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Very discreet hints of coffee on the persistence.
