The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a good finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful finesse of the aromatic. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of crunchy strawberry associated with fine touches of violet as well as hints of spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandise as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with touches of fresh flowers (violet, iris) as well as hints of chocolate and caramelization. Tannins are elegant and slightly firm. There is a hint of bitterness / a varietal hint on the persistence.
