On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy apple, pink grapefruit and more slightly fresh flowers (rose petal, lilac) associated with touches of pink lychee as well as a subtle hint of star fruit. Good length. Presence of a discreet hint of the varietal / fresh lily of the valley in the background.
