Bishops Head – Pinot Noir 2012 – Waipara Valley

Bishops Head – Pinot Noir 2012 – Waipara Valley

The nose reveals notes of ripe red fruit, leather and slight notes of rosewood. The palate is balanced, crunchy, fat, full, balanced, ample, beautifully elegant and a bit aerial. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, red currant, cassis, plum and black cherry combined with fine notes of strawberry jam. Tannins are ripe and integrated. Good length.
