The palate is mineral and offers suavity, freshness, a certain tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/crushed yellow peach, kumquat and small notes of passion fruit associated with touches of chestnut butter as well as hints of mandarin and an imperceptible hint of sage.
