The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively fine and offers a fine delicacy. It reveals notes of slight aromatic herbs, juniper and racy minerality associated with subtle/discreet hints of litchi, lemon grass as well as a subtle hint of papaya and citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers power, a certain finesse, fat, roundness as well as a slight gourmandise on the middle palate. In the mouth this Gin expresses fine touches of green apple and juniper associated with discreet hints of green lemon sorbet, lemon grass and aromatic herbs. The finish is relatively powerful.
