The nose is fruity, quite intense and elegant. It reveals notes of quince, lemon and honey associated with a touch of brioche, a discreet touch of raspberry and a discreet note of tangerine. The palate is fruity, ample, fat, nicely precise and offers a small minerality, freshness, a juicy fruitiness as well as a fleshy, silky and beautiful matter. The effervescence is fine, abundant and elegant. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and slight notes of peach associated with slight / discreet notes of brioche and sweet spices.
