The nose is fruity and creamy, with attractive notes of vanilla, white apples and meadow flowers. The palate is dry, with elevated, citrusy acidity, lean body, nice mineral backbone and nuances of white fruits like pears, apples and a bit of peach. Very piercing and elegant with saline, chalky finish.
