This whisky has a nice pale yellow color, limpid and bright. The first nose is powerful with notes of salted butter caramel and undergrowth. Then with aeration, notes of cherry appear accompanied by peach and lemon. We also have an interesting buttery side. The attack is powerful, intense with yet some sweetness. The yuzu is intense with notes of custard cream and salted butter caramel. We also have a smoky side. The mid-palate is very pleasant with vanilla and hazelnut. A little salty side emerges. It is expressive and delicate. A great success. The finish is always smooth with roasted grains, milk chocolate and even a hint of coconut.
