The wine shows an intense, yellow straw colour with a golden hint. The nose is intense and slightly smoky, revealing nuances of brioche, toasted rye bread, a hint of ripe yellow apple and quince, a savoury, earthy touch in the echo. The palate offers a light structure and balanced acidity. It demonstrates notes of ripe, even overripe yellow apples and pineapples, a hint of roasted almonds, a touch of buckwheat and a delicate bitter note on the finish. A very particular style of Prosecco, already showing some maturation notes. More earthy and savoury, than fruity. Bone-dry. Nice sapidity.
