The palate is fruity, mineral, well-built and offers juiciness, a beautiful definition, elegance, finesse, a small unctuosity, a small concentration, richness as well as a beautiful matter very finely tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of small wild berries, rose as well as hints of liquorice, zan, chocolate, discreet hints of toasted (in the background) and a very discreet hint of toasted almond (in the background).
