The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, rose as well as fine hints of Ceylan tea and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced, frank and offers suavity, precision, gourmandize as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy red berries, fleshy raspberry and small notes of rose, cornflower associated with touches of bigarreau cherry as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, tobacco as well as fine hints of copse (in the background) and chocolate (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
