The nose is fruity, powerful, racy and offers a small richness. It reveals notes of wild cassis and small wild berries associated with fine touches of racy minerality, Cuben pepper as well as discreet hints of spices and a subtle hint of olive (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of small wild berries associated with fine touches of juicy ripe wild red fruits, fine hints of mild tobacco, pink laurel as well as very discreet hints of black olive and spices. A very fine chew and a very discreet hint of vanilla on the finish.
