Barrabaque – Divin 2019 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose is fruity and offers a fine, strict side. The wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of juicy blackberry, juicy berry and more slightly raspberry associated with touches of lily, licorice and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers good definition, juiciness, freshness, a certain roundness, a certain gourmandize, tension as well as pulp. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy cassis, juicy / pulpy blackberry and more slightly of small bright red berries associated with touches of violet, cherry blossoms as well as hints of bergamot, dark chocolate and with a discreet hint of toasted almond. Sapidity as well as a subtle saline hint at the end of the palate
