The nose is fresh, fruity, captivating and offers complexity. It reveals fine notes of Zante currants, pâtisseries and mirabelle plums combined with a touch of dried orange zest, sandalwood as well as a touch of rose, salinity, white pepper, spices, crème pâtissière and an imperceptible touch of caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, a beautiful unctuosity, a fine tension, a fine straightness as well as precision. In the mouth this Scotch Whisky expresses notes of candied orange zest and fine touches of dried citrus, apple (in the background), dried fruits associated with a fine touch of caramelization and a very discreet salinity (in the background), spices and honey. Good length and beautiful persistence.
