This gin has a pale gold color, limpid and shiny. The nose is gourmand. There are notes of juicy orange and spices such as cinnamon and cloves. There is also tea like darjeeling. It’s a “winter collection” and you can really feel the Christmas atmosphere with warm aromas. The juniper, for its part, is discreet. The attack is powerful with notes of orange peel but also of liquorice stick. There is also a slight bitterness of black tea with the green juniper. It is a cocktail gin for original and sophisticated recipes. The finish has a bit of bitterness which refreshes the palate. The tasting ends with the orange peel and grapefruit.
