(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is closed at first, but the wine expresses itself better after aeration. We find notes of morello cherry, tart red cherry, blackcurrant, crushed blueberry, associated with notes of fresh rosemary, crushed mint, a touch of white pepper and rose. On the palate, the wine offers freshness, tangy notes of red cherry, fresh blackcurrant, crushed raspberry, cranberries, as well as herbaceous hints (rosemary, cut grass) and a floral touch (rose), spicy (liquorice) and roasted red cherry. The tannins are firm, a bit dry, but fine. Great acidity, the finish is juicy and tangy.
