The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of lemon combined with touches of grapefruit zest and white fruit (pear, apple). The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, fat, ample and relatively gourmand. The effervescence is fine and quite abundant. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of lemon, clementine and peach combined with fine woody notes, a touch of beeswax and a touch of ripe pineapple. Good length.
