The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful guideline, tension, a good structure, a beautiful roundness, power, a small juiciness, a small finesse, precision as well as concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of small red berries associated with small touches of Sichuan pepper, thyme / olive tree as well as discreet hints of local forest soil, black chocolate / cocoa, caramelization and vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length.
