The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful suavity / fat / roundness, a good definition, gourmandise, minerality as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, ripe raspberry, ripe/fresh cherry and small touches of acidulous redcurrant candy associated with slight hints of apple / pear, lemon zest as well as discreet hints of rose. Good length.
