Azienda Agricola Cipriana – San Martino 2015 – Bolgheri Superiore

The nose is aromatic, elegant, fine, fresh and offers a very beautiful definition. It reveals notes of flowers (lily, violet) and small notes of small blue fruits associated with touches of liquorice, tonka bean, discreet hints of cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of black olive and tea. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers delicacy, a beautiful definition / precision, a racy minerality, a very beautiful delicate / aerial / very slightly creamy touch, fat as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, blackberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy blueberry associated with small touches of wild raspberry, wild flowers and very slight hints of chocolate (in the background). Tannins are elegant. A fine racy power on the finish.
