The nose is aromatic / fruity, relatively fine and incisive. It reveals notes of apple, peach, lime and fine notes of yellow fruit / pineapple associated with a hint of pear, honey and a discreet hint of quince. The palate is fruity, fine, bright, straight, delicate, elegant and offers a nice definition, purity, a beautiful definition, a fine acid frame (in the background), a fine juiciness, precision and an unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of stewed peach and pear combined with slight notes of mirabelle plum, quince, minerality as well as a discreet touch of citrus. Good length.
