Aurore de Dauzac 2020 – Margaux

Aurore de Dauzac 2020 – Margaux

On the nose it is fruity, fresh and a certain richness (in balance), a certain compact of the fruit, a little intensity as well as a fine grain. It reveals the notes of bright black cherry, bright purple plum and more lightly crushed blackberry combined with fine hints of fresh strawberry/blackberry, violet, fresh lilac, plum blossom as well as fine hints of licorice, cardamom, a discrete hint of saffron, tea, spice and an imperceptible hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity, a bit tight and offers juiciness, freshness, gourmandize, good definition, energy, some tension, precision, power, roundness / fat and a well conducted tannic frame. The wine express the notes of pulpy/blushing cherry, violet and more slightly bright blackberry associated with touches of violet plum, small crushed red currants as well as hints of licorice, violet, lilac, tea, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible almost iodine-like touch. The tannins are precise and racy.
