The nose is fruity, racy and offers gourmandize, a small power as well as a beautiful definition and a certain aromatic purity. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe wild blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of small crushed fruits associated with a touch of pulpy strawberry, small crushed red fruits as well as a hint of violet, lilac, vanilla, a gravy hint (sense of the place), varietal, pepper and tea. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful definition, fullness, a fine unctuosity as well as finesse, a good guideline, energy, deepness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of crushed cassis, crushed strawberry as well as hints of vanilla, caramelized almond, a discreet hint of chocolate, tea, a subtle hint of racy minerality/gravels and an imperceptible iodine hint/varietal/Badiane. Good length. Tannins are precise and very finely chewy. A subtle hint of hazelnut and varietal on the persistence/aftertaste.
